Cancellations or late arrival

I must cancel within 24 hours of my appointment or be responsible for a charge of the full fee of service. If I am more than 15 minute late to a session I understand this is considered a late cancelation and will be charged a private pay rate. Exceptions to charges for late cancelations or attending session late are up to the discretion of a mutual agreement between myself and Vanessa.

Community care/sliding scale

Vanessa aims to provide support to anyone regardless of ability to pay a full rate. A sliding scale agreement is available upon request as well as payment plans. Sliding scale factors in historical financial loss due to colonialism and white supremacy as well as current financial capacity. Vanessa requests you pay what you can so she can continue to offer sliding scale services to the community.
